MPFSC CNY Celebration

The celebrations will be on 7 Feb. We will meet at Blk 15A Marine Terrace (Multi-Purpose Hall) at 9 am. In addition, there will also be a briefing on 2 Feb(Monday) at 3.30 pm. Everyone (All Sec 4s participating in NYAA, Farhan and Harsh) will attend the briefing.

Basically, we will be in charge of 2 booths - 'Wii Bowling' and 'Instant Photograph'. We need to create posters for each booth. Individual letters must be half A4 paper and the posters should also have festive mood (bright colours).

For the 1st booth, 'Wii Bowling', there will be two controllers (1 to play, 1 to teach and practise). Each person will be given 2 chances/coupons. If strike, they will get a prize.

For the 2nd booth, 'Instant Photograph' there will be 1 will be 1 to 2 cameras. After 4 to 5 photos, the photos will be sent for printing.

Basically, this is the job allocation:

1. Tear coupon
2. Crowd control
3. Run games stall (1 teach, 1 supervise)
4. Crowd puller (2)
5. Photographer (2)
6. Runner for photo printing (2)
7. Give out prize

After the booth games, there will be a performance which we will not be involved. We will just need to move tables for the lao yu sheng discreetly so that we won't disturb the performance.

For most people, we will complete NYAA Silver by 7 Feb. After that, we will complete our NYAA diaries and be over and done with NYAA silver. So let's give it our best and pro-actively encourage the citizens to participate. Bear in mind that our record books are to be signed by them so do give them a good impression of us.
